Fav place to shop now ! All those Instagram boutiques have the same clothes they have here for way more super over priced plus you gotta wait to receive your packages & pay extra for shipping if you live in the neighborhood definitely check this place out they have everything the Instagram boutiques have for less !! Also they're doing exchanges if something doesn't fit only on accessories not ! read more

Hidden boutique in the neighborhood, not expected, but almost always has something very fashionable and affordable. It carries sizes from XS to XXL, I like overall styles that they offer, however, it's more like hit or miss with me. That is the reason I come to this store once or twice a month to check out what's new. Employees are helpful and nice. Every time when I asked for assistance, someone was there to help. Why 4 stars? Couple of things: fitting rooms look old, run down and for some reason had a funky smell. And their jewelry section has gone bad. Lot of items were broken and were missing rocks or pieces. Overall, nice little boutique were I do find gems here and there:) read more

I honestly love this store. Similar to Boomy but they actually let you try clothes on! Store is always clean and organized, great deals. Sure the clothes aren't great quality but you get what you pay for. Service has always been good too. read more

Very Rude Manager, refused to give me exchange because the tag was not on clothing, not to mention an hour before i bought clothes while they were packing it they never put a receipt in there and she refused to exchange it when i came back, told me to deal with it because its my clothes now and acted like she didnt see me buy it read more

Very rude staff, they do not allow customers to browse comfortably as my mom kept being followed and I was kicked out due to my service animal. Not to mention there are no signs on this store stating this wasn't allowed. read more

This is stupid, they have incorrect hours on Yelp. I'm outside and they are 100% closed. Making me waste my time. Instead of putting pictures up of people stealing why don't you add some hours of operations. I usually come to get clothing here because they have cute things but to be honest the owners need to smile more, say please and thank you. They have no manners and I still shop here but I'm super frustrated this morning because I have somewhere to be and this is unprofessional read more

Used to come here all the time but nowadays I can never find anything worth the price. On top of the quality and price difference the staff here acts like you're going to run out the door trying to steal something like ... wtf? Weird vibes. Not worth it. read more

This lady has her business hours from 10-8 and she NEVER opens on time. To top it off she still takes forever to let customers in when she finally arrives to the store. If you don't want to sell then why even have a business open? read more

Very disappointed. Some of their clothes were very cute and good customer service unfortunately they don't properly communicate with their staff or lack training. Their dressing rooms are not open (I understand Covid but many places allow that now) and so the girl working there at the time of my purchase told me fitting rooms were not open but I had 10 days to return and get a full refund or store credit after that. She said it with such conviction I trusted that and purchased two pants. I came back today to return to find out that that is NOT their policy and they only do exchanges or store credit. When I asked if I could speak to a manger or at least get store credit the cashier ran to the back to let the Manger know and she sent her back letting me know to wait till she was back. Which would be about 20 minutes. The cashier wanted to be helpful and asked me who misinformed me but they did nothing to try to correct THEIR mistake. Unfortunately never coming here again. Of it doesn't fit well or work out , your money goes to waste. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The manager/ owner lady will not return your money, she will force you to exchange it for something else whether you like it or not. Super greedy all she wants is to keep your money. I prefer Q fashion anyway, lower prices for the same clothes. Also, there's no sign that says no return of money, the only sign is behind her head when she stands at the cash register, very sneaky. read more

The absolute worst place to shop. They might have cute clothes sometimes but when you realize who you're giving your money to you will regret it. The owner is the rudest of them all along with all the managers. They treat their employees bad and don't allow them to provide good customer service. Use to love shopping here until i started feeling uncomfortable because they just watch your every move assuming you're going to steal. read more

Hands down to THE BEST AND CUTEST SHOP EVER! This far is my favorite place to shop and because of May Max I stopped shopping at Forever21, H&M, Target, and other MNC fashion stores. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. I already brought five of my friends and they are hooked! If you are looking for clothes that go in and out of style this place is a winner! For their prices you never ever go wrong. I have nothing bad to say about this place but go shop and see where your money goes.... to the most amazing cutest clothes you can buy! read more

Fat shaming people is not acceptable at all !! how are you ganna fat shame someone at a plus size store ! Not just that but in general also coming from a manager, which you're supposed to set an example for your employees! I believe her name is Sharon or Sheeran Asian lady super rude, and was instantly looking at me with disgust and making me feel very uncomfortable, so I had gone up to her to ask if the fitting rooms were open and she responded with "yes but that's not gonna fit you It's not a stretchy material" like what kind of person are you to tell somebody what will not fit them because of their size and she also adds on "if you rip it you buy" like what the actual fuck that is so rude and uncalled for and then she just stand next to the fitting rooms waiting for me to get out to see if anything I tried on was ripped never shopping here again and I hope no one else does or go through this horrible experience. 0 stars if I could !!! read more

This store always busting with bullshit for everything especially returns or exchanges never again shopping here employees and workers are rude af and extra never open at the time it says they open never making sure the customers are well taken care of when ever I ask for a question always attitudes and I'm honestly done with this store I'd come since it's up the street from my house but I rather drive the extra mile to a fashion Q And not to mention the owner is the rudest of them all read more

One of my favorite boutiques in the valley. I always find what I need and the staff is very patient and friendly.

Love this place!! So many cute stuff, I can never decide on just one item and always end up taking several items. Best part is that their prices are amazing! If you haven't stopped by you are missing out! read more

I love this store cute clothes for really good price I was there today I try to exchange something the didn't fit me but the cashier didn't know was she was doing she was really lost didn't wanna exchange my shirt cuz the manager was not around and no where to be found really unprofessional read more

The items for sell here range from average to mall prices ... but I feel they have better clothes than the mall the material on the jeans are awesome! I wish they had a May Max rewards card because I go there every week and spend about $100 each visit! I love May Max and they don't have one where I live (which is Palmdale) but I work in Pacoima. So this is a well worth it drive even on my days off. Wish they had a bit more variety for plus size when I get gifts for people but no complaints on my shopping. read more

Love the things they sell, but the customer service is sooo horrible!!! I went here today with my sister and I had a big handbag (cause that's wtf I'm into) and one of their guy employee was literally following my sister and I around the store because he thought we were going to steal something. He even snatched the clothes from my sisters hand and asked if we wanted him to put them in the front, she said no twice and he still persisted, which was when I said ok cool you can leave them in the front. Then we continue shopping and he still comes by us and asks if we're going to pay for them or if he should just put them back and I said NO we're going to pay for them! After that my sister comes up to me and says she heard him tell another girl employee how I had a big bag and she had a small bag which was when I decided to just go and pay. When he saw my little sister paying for her own items with a $100 bill, his face went blank. I guess no one can have a big bag these days cause trust issues are beyond real at this store. Point is, we would of bought way more items at this place if he wouldn't have been an insinuating jerk! read more
