Besides that there was no commentary on what I was looking for and I could not see as I was facing the door. All if that being said, the cut it self is not a bad hair cut in any means. It is a lot cleaner than before and tapers well in the back while being nicely even in the front snd along the sides. Rating a 2 because I'm disappointed to lose my curls and if there was more talk with the customer if the barber was feeling unsure about what I was looking for it could have been avoided. the price can't be matched, the atmosphere is decent and the cut it self (if It was what I was looking for) was great. The haircut was nothing what like what I had asked for, it felt rushed even with no one else in the shop waiting. I'm typically okay with someone else's vision taking over a little but the haircut doesn't even look good. Worst of all the interaction with Cheng was mediocre and nothing pleasant. So while no appointment is necessary, it would help, I managed squeeze myself in between 2 appointments. And there was 2 people waiting after I left. There is a step to get up into the area where the hair cuts are performed, so it would not be easy for someone in a wheelchair or an elderly person that requires a walker. The one thing to think about, is that they have no debit machine, so you need cash or credit card; but at $15 for a haircut, it's not that big of a deal. Eden is a great stylist, and cut my hair just the way I like it to be done, and reasonably fast too.
