Extensive soot and smoke damages to our possessions and inside of house had to be rebuilt. We decided not to clean all the furniture except certain items. That was to be done and placed into a POD we had. That furniture is not close to clean. We kept finding the house unlocked. People were stealing our things at night, dragging them out to the lanai which had huge holes cut into the screens. I had to tell Bill several times to lock up. I would find our things in the lanai unsecured. The items they packed for us were not wrapped in packing paper, they had used our old clothes instead. The dumpster truck did some damage to our driveway and we never were reimbursed for it. We trusted them with our personal possessions and they were well paid for their work. They assured me it would not happen. They said they would clean the coils as well. When they were done and gone I noticed debris from the cleaning on my desk where my laptop is and my comforter. They didn't cover them with plastic it seems. Plus they said this would not happen in the first place! I called and they came back out which is great but that meant I had to miss more time from work. Then the new tech admitted that they didn't clean the coils the first time around. Mike, the manager asked what they could do to make it right and I asked for a $200 discount for my trouble. He said he would get back with me. I can't even get a returned phone call from Mike, the manager now. I don't recommend this place. Go with a HVAC company instead.
