I would definitely not recommend buying tools or equipment from this establishment. I purchased a very expensive tool from this establishment. Later to find out it had been Jerry-rigged and the first time I use it it broke. I returned it an explain to them what had happened and the only option I was given is too buy another one at a small discount. read more

I purchased a sewing machine from them online which arrived looking like it came out of the trashMultiple broken parts made it totally unusuable. The bottom cracked off possibly in shipment due to no bubble wrap in bottom of box. They advertised this machine as like new online and it was not fixable. Purchased through Paypal but refused to send shipping label to return product and would not issue a return. They were more concerned about their 30 dollars they paid Buya.com to advertise their product than the 150.00 I paid for an unusable machine. Would not buy anything if you don't see it touch I and use it. Buya.com is listed as a scam on the internet, stay safe by staying off their site. Don't expect any returns on faulty merchandise at this store. Plus no attAchments to even do the quilting as the machine had on label on machine. Worst mistake I ever made online shopping. read more

Rip Off Joint, buyer beware. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They have coupons for 15% off for this store which didn't apply to my purchase. Anyway I bought 3 items from this store. I gave them a 15 percent coupon code which they have a card for. I purchase items and went to my car. I looked at my receipt and they gave me 5 percent off 1 item and 15 cents not percent off 2 of the items. I walked back in the store 5 minutes later and showed them my receipt. Saying the price was wrong when they rang me up. I asked if I can return my items or get a price adjustment. I asked nicely, did not get loud and even explained to them they rang me up wrong. The lady's at the store said "ALL Sales are Final". I then asked as nice as I can for a refund within a few minutes of purchase or credit and the lady's were very rude to me and even threaten to call the cops. Like me the consumer did something wrong when all I did was ask for my money back or a return in a matter of a few minutes of a purchase because they rang me up wrong. They made me feel like I was a criminal after I spent money. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they were the manager. They are willing to lose a customer For Good over a matter of $10 or so and even threaten me. As for me, I feel like I got completely ripped off and they did not try to make it correct. Just treated me so rude after all I wanted them was to correct the price. read more
