The instructor kept us pushing just the right amount -- challenging but totally doable -- and we got a lot done in that hour. The energy in the room was focused, calm, and motivating. By the end, I felt completely reset -- body and mind. And those cold lavender towels at the end? Pure magic. The perfect way to cool down and walk out feeling like a new person. She is very easy to communicate with and, to paraphrase the above, radiates joy and energy. He class packages are an excellent value. Her massage was perfect in timing, ambience, and execution. Also, to make a yoga pun, she's very flexible in her classes and style, and very knowledgeable about yoga history and philosophy. She teaches by example. Nothing has ever stopped me from my workout. But I had to adhere to Doctors orders so NO gym's for awhile... fortunatly, we live in Fl. :) I phoned this facility and they said they understood, no problem. Which is ultimatly the only acceptable answer here. 2 weeks later I recieved a letter from thier collection agency. Really? I noticed a heavy blog man ( distaseful false media posts) there with his wife actually instructing Zumba classes to seniors shortly after they blogged they had Covid! The heavy man was blowing hos nose in a wet towel around his neck. UG... Beware... Lots of ego here.
