My sister had to rush because she had to pick up her child 2 hours away in the snow storm. There was no reason not to rent us a unit. The woman just doesn't know what she is doing. She was trying to keep out deposit saying it was messy. We swept twice. sent the photo through email like she said but still fought on it and made us wait almost 10 more minutes to get it deposit because they had to go check. All that was on the photo was snow! I will never use them for anything until they get better Employees.
