Overall, Quality Wash was efficient for me. No need for coins exclusively since they have a checking system that takes the money using one teller machine you just have to choose the washer/dryer number at the check out. I think it's great since all the laundry mats I've ever been to have coin slots only and even though it's not a big deal it is slightly inconvenient turning all those bills into coins. Here they take bills, coins, and some cards. There is also a phone to call management in case the machine eats your money. Besides the machines that would obviously be here they have a press, a tiny (stress tiny) TV sitting area, and free wifi. There is also a vending machine with detergent and snacks.... oddly not separated. If you want a snack there is also a cafe & a small convience store within the same block. Machines weren't terribly big so if you have a lot you might be waiting awhile. There are two larger machines though for comforters or big loads. Kudos for also keeping the place clean. The first night we used it they had staff wiping machines down and general maintenance-- makes home seem barberic. Well, anyways, it's the cleanest laundry mat I've been in.

Washing machines require tokens but dryers can just use euros. 4€ per wash load (token). 1€ per 12 minutes in the dryer. Directions are in French and Dutch but still easy to decipher if you do not speak either language. This place is very clean and when I came in for the first time I had two people helping me so the people that come here are very friendly. I noticed that people do not normally stay while their laundry is going so it seems a safe place to leave your things without fear of thievery.

The only downside is you need coins to purchase detergent & and fabric softener (not a big deal but would be perfect if the vending machine for soaps was card too. 4€ for a small load (7kg) & 8€ for large wash (14kg) The dryers are €1 per 8 minutes. Instructions are in multiple languages & the machine accepts large bills (but you have to purchase something for it to break your bills). Very worth it, I'd plan on spending 1-1.5 hours here (we also felt fine to leave while washing). This is right next to the shopping hall too.

There was a little market nearby where I grabbed a sandwich and soda. I felt perfectly safe to leave my clothes while they were washing. Others were doing the same. But the highlight of my visit was the kindness of other customers (3 different men). One must have seen me looking a bit lost and tried his best to explain to me what to do next in French. Then a young man who spoke some English offered to let me use his detergent when he saw me about to purchase some. As I was folding my laundry, I had a pleasant conversation (in English) with a man who runs a local B&B. It was a delightful experience!
