One thing made me give them a 4 star instead of 5. Employers choose how long to pay you through the agency. My company kept me on as temp for 6 mos. (to reduce their fees), that was significantly longer than the 2-3 months I had expected. This delayed my company benefits and pay increase. (Typically you are only paid a small fraction of what the company pays the agency, so I was open to the idea of a lower pay during the temp. process, since the staff assured me (correctly) their actual hiring salary was in my range...). I ended up in a great company with an out-of-state headquarters. The placement process made the hiring process easier for my out -of-state interviewers and gave me access to a wonderful company!

Then was asked for a resume, "in case" a potential job asked for one. Clearly, I hadn't been considered for either of those positions by her stating "in case" they ask for one 4 days later. Once I told her I didn't have a resume, she ghosted me. About a week later I had made a resume and sent it to her. Zero response that it was even received. That was several weeks ago. The one position is still on their website, stating it was posted 7 days ago...hmm. I think they post bogus positions, with great hours, to get people in there to apply. Sad way to run a business. Communication is key, and they lack that one important quality.

But that's fake news. Their rules are crooked and the department is rigged. Say employer fires you before you are able to line up the next occupation. What then? You were honorably discharged, never missed a day of work. Employer does not want pay higher taxes and starts the witch hunt? How is it your fault or issue? Why do people have to fight for duly earned benefits? Is it like some recently created local tradition? Rural Idahoans already have issues accessing proper medical care, now that?
