He saw my situation (fixed income) and kept the estimate as low as he could. After a few tweaks in the jobs we agreed on the work. David showed up on time to complete the first job (I had been waiting a year for someone to finish what the last contractor left undone in my kitchen). He was meticulous and got it done! I refused to pay until service was complete-including punch list items-detailed things that should have been done prior to calling a job "finished". Owner repeatedly texted and demanded full payment prior to completing these items. Owner also spoke poorly of 2 local businesses in an attempt to deflect blame. Additionally, workers were not respectful of my tenants bedroom space and ruined their carpet. Overall, the bathroom looks nice, but the journey was painful.
