I'm used to being a part of another PT practice in the area and decided to switch because I often was left alone during my hour of therapy and just felt that I wanted more support. Here, ALL sessions are one-on-one with the therapist, and only one patient at a time is treated in the facility. They also have in-home options that I haven't used. Paid it and cancelled all my future appointments. They asked if they could try to work with my primary and secondary insurance. I gave them a chance. They refunded my $240 and told I don't owe anything. Now I get a $70 invoice from the beginning of Feb, almost 3 months later. I paid it and I'm done with TPPT! I guess until they find another invoice to send me...... Maybe it's my insurance company, maybe it's them. Don't care anymore.
