The day of my appointment came and even though I said I need this tooth extracted I spent two hours in their office getting x-rays being examined, talking to the hygienist. And then the dentist said oh we are not going to do this today and then I had to have a conference where finally someone said well we don't do extractions here we need to refer you to an oral surgeon. It's a simple extraction of a small tooth! They could have told me when I walked in the door that they don't do extractions there. Total assholes. They wouldn't even remove the little part that's clinging to some gum and causing me problems. I'm going to have to cut it off now. No stars whatsoever

Also, knowing I now live on the west coast, they only contact me when they know I won't be available even though I call back, leave a message, and tell them a proper time to call. Dental work was fine, staff very frustrating.
