Clamp on the bib - super frightening. Water rinse - nerve wracking! That being said, my only hesitation with giving my dentist a good review is that it may make it more difficult for me to see him when I need to! Dr. Tarpenning at Hebert Dental is the only reason I do not have dentures right now. He is absolutely the best. I will not see any other dentist. My own child is about to enter dental school and I have told her straight out "I won't see you - only Dr. T!" I honestly cannot speak highly enough about Dr. T and his entire dental staff. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the people in billing, you are surrounded by courteous and personable staff. You are made to feel like family. You are cared for. His staff are as exceptional as he is. As an added bonus, they are a lot of fun and go out of their way to get to know you and what you need to make your dental experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. Dr. T is truly outstanding - the most compassionate, gentle, kind and caring dentist I have ever been to. A complete professional with extensive training, knowledge and experience. He knows all of my idiosyncrasies and he is even accustomed to using code words so I don't have a panic attack and yell "Did you just say Root Canal out loud!?!?!" I may have bitten Dr. T on more than one occasion. He doesn't even bat an eyelid when I do it now. I trust him completely. I am certain the feeling is not mutual but he always makes me feel welcome. There is always someone on call, which is beneficial to me because my dental emergencies only seem to happen at 11pm on a Friday. I also love that this practice is very involved in giving back to the community, supporting local and international charities and organizations. The dental offices are bright and welcoming, as are the entire staff and I would recommend them highly to a friend. Side note: I may have, on one occasion, accidentally enjoyed my visit with Dr. T at Hebert Dental. I left with no pain, no plan to return for further work, a smile on my face and some free cherry chapstick! It sounds like I made that up, but it's true - for real.

They said they would guarantee Dr. Metropolis' work. They got me in fairly quickly and then proceeded to charge me over $200 to glue the crown (which I had) in. That is outrageous! I spoke with my brother who is a dentist in Milwaukee and he, also, thought it was an awful lot. I did receive a survey from Rateabiz.com and filled it out with similar information. Funny, it doesn't' show up on that website!?! Needless to say we will not be returning to Maple Ridge Dental.

Staff are friendly, welcoming, highly competent and sensitive about your comfort. Kelsey is a superb hygientist and Dr. M is the best dentist I have seen out of many over my time. I always feel like they know me, even if I haven't been there for a year. I am especially pleased with their accomodations for my severe hearing loss. Today, my son had 3 teeth partially knocked out from a basketball injury. It was after 5:00pm when I called Dr. Winn. He did not hesitate to tell me to bring my son right in, even though I know his family had plans. When I arrived, the team was ready to go, welcoming my son and getting him comfortable. Dr. Winn's wife is also a dentist and the two of them worked together to save my son's teeth. They were so knowledgeable, patient and caring. The support staff was very professional and never once made me feel like I was keeping them at work late. I cannot say enough great things about this team and would highly recommend to anyone.
