First off when I called to get an appointment they asked me what my budget was and weren't friendly. To be honest, their dresses aren't great and are not customizable either. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend to anyone

The service at the time was acceptable, my fiancé got measured and we opened a file for the wedding. We were told we would be contacted to make a paiement for the custom suit at a later date. We were assured the suit would be ready in time. 2 weeks before our wedding we had not heard back from them so we went in store to inquire. Turns out, THEY NEVER ORDERED THE CUSTOM SUIT. So there we were, 2 weeks to the wedding and the groom had no suit. What did they offer to rectify the situation? Knock of 50$ for our groomsmen rental and order a rental for the groom. I do not think that is anywhere near what should have been offered. So we went from a brand new custom suit to a barely discounted rental. It was as if they didn't acknowledge the importance of the groom having the attire we originally planned for. Needless to say we refused to spend an extra penny to this company and went another route to clothe my fiancé on his wedding day. Head office will definitely be hearing from me.

Others have mentioned the store being here since the 70s and I can totally see that: the mirror, the very worn round velvet sofa etc.. I'm not sold on the quality of the clothes yet, but definitely on the unique styles. I found a couple of mod dresses I'd love to wear, and a lot of plaid (never enough plaid in the world).
