I received a gift of a rudsak jacket valued at approx $1000. The zipper came off in less than a year. Yes they offer a warranty but they only will accept a mailed return. I kept saying I can't do that at -20. They said they can repair in spring. Really? The store where purchased wanted nothing to do with it and would not give me any contact info. Finally I went to mall and fixed for $17. I asked nicely for a refund and they ghosted me. SHAME ON YOU RUDSAK read more
