Saved me from continuing my vacation as if I didn't have a mirror. I'm happy to be the first reviewer because these guys had never even heard of Yelp. This is one of two barber shops. This one has been open since January while the other (another town over) has been going for 25 years. The setup is old school and modern and I could tell by just looking at them that they wouldn't give me a terrible cut. We talked...and talked... And talked during the cut- mostly because they've heard so much about California. I think they think I told them Kobe Bryant retired from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim to surf and go to Crossfit. Antonio- took his time and I didn't have those moments during a cut when you can feel and see that is was going south quick. This place was professional, casual, and worth the 15 euros for my cut. To start, I am very picky about my hair. Every 12 days religiously I stop by my loyal and trusted barber at home in Denver. Needless to say when my wife planned a 6 week trip to Paris, Italy, and Greece, I panicked because I couldn't look like a scrub knowing she'd want 1,000 pictures. I found Max&Jò on Yelp and I have never had a better haircut in my 32 years. I felt great walking out of there. They listened to what I wanted and executed with skill!
