The customer service is exceptional, always with a friendly and inviting atmosphere, plus it's refreshing to see how passionate the owners are about their products while constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience for their customers. My husband is a fan of their sausage and egg breakfast biscuits, large jalapeño sausage and cheese kolaches, and glazed blueberry donuts while I enjoy their mini kolaches and trying new items Savy introduces. We come here daily as do most of the people neighboring communities. They open about 5:30 & are very clean and friendly people. The store is located on Jackrabbit Road between fm 529 & West Rd. First of all, I'm not happy with this Max donut, because I just spent $15.47. I bought an iced coffee that was supposed to have caramel in it. It didn't. It tasted like very, very strong coffee. I ordered 2 kolaches, and they were cold as heck. I also ordered a 1/2 a dozen of donut holes. When they got here, they were smashed to smithereens. The only thing. That wasn't messed up and I know it's not messed up.It's the can of coke I ordered and order all this on Uber 8 and when I asked for our refund on the food. I ordered because of the messed up items and stuff. All I got was a $5 credit, so tell me, am I wrong, or are they right? so now I have to deal with a grandson who is upset because his donut holes were all smashed read more

At 6:30am today, someone cut me in at the parking lot, I initially though he was a customer in a hurry and then I see that the man goes behind the counter and starts giving customer their orders.
