Walked in, ordered, explained what happened last time and just asked if they could try to make it not so sweet. What happened next was unbelievable. The manager apologised for the crappy hot choccy I got from my last visit and gave me a complimentary hot chocolate to make up for the gross one I threw away. I was not expecting that, I just wanted a hot choccy that was delicious and not a money waster. I still can't believe this managers consideration and make up offer, aaaaaaand she made my hot choccy delish. That is customer service! That is making sure your customers are happy that they will want to come back because you appreciate them. Definitely returning.
