I spoke to James, who is very professional at Real Stone to match the green marble on a buffet in our dining room that Real Stone made and installed years ago. We had a matching buffet built to match the original in our dining room. James had the same color of marble to match exactly. James kept up with us through the whole process. The marble was fabricated and was professionally installed in a couple of weeks. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of our new marble buffet. Mavit is a family owned and operated business that still believes that your name is the signature…read moreof your work. From start to finish, quote to Completion, they were excellent with communication every step of the way. Their workers were polite and respectful of my home, cleaning up at the end of each step, not even waiting til the end of the day. It doesn't seem like much, but when there is granite dust and tile grout in the air it really helped minimize the dust and dirt. Victor offered design advice that saved me money and I was grateful for his honesty. I would highly recommend them for granite fabrication and tile work. The tile guy was amazing!!!' I had a very difficult pattern and he laid the entire kitchen backsplash out for me to see the whole pattern before he started . Time consuming for him but so awesome for me to see what 30 feet of backsplash would look like!! Thank You to the entire Mavit family. I LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Robin Raney

Finding Brandon was such a blessing. Working with a company that is honest, punctual, dependable…read moreand meticulous it HUGE!!!!! I'm very picky person and notice the smallest of details. I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away. It is a pleasure for me to write a review for Cosenza Carpentry an I would recommend this company to everyone I know and will definitely be using Brandon in the future. I love my floors, Thank you for all your hard work!!!

New England Granite Works, Inc…read more 03-17-26 Review: I am a designer who contracted this company for two projects. Both were poorly fabricated and installed with damaged granite slabs. The owner claimed the slabs were chipped during loading, which is false. Timeline: Templates were taken for two residences. The templates were not followed in either project. The granite was cut by hand instead of using a CNC machine. Your employee admitted the work did not meet company standards and should not have been done by hand. Your proposed solution was to fill ¼" gaps and caulk over them. Wood or painted trim is not feasible around a cooktop or oven exhaust. This project has been ongoing since October 2025. Your company destroyed two slabs of numbered, book-matched material. Your claim that I am "taking advantage" of you is insulting. If the granite had been fabricated properly according to the templates, this dispute would not exist. Your proposed solution does not address the underlying issues and is unacceptable. I have been disputing this matter for over 5 months and living without a working kitchen. The owner is not offering any refund and replacement material and expects me to absorb the costs for both houses which is over $45,000.00
