They were not properly cemented in place along the perimeter. I called Mark and he sent a crew over to make the repair. when I said, where is your boss? They said Mark is not our boss we are a subcontractor. I hired Oasis to do a job based on their reputation and they sent a fly by night company to do the job and that's why it is failing. Even after the repair was made I still have pavers not cemented properly and when I drive over them, they come loose. I called marks Office and let them know, but I have not seen anybody come here yet. I also sent Mark a text with all the photos and not have heard back from him yet. I'm going to wind up, having to pay someone else to fix his mess and then deal with him later on.
