They had a store manager in there her name was "Ramona". She knew how to run a store and how to treat her customers and she made sure she attracted staff that was the same way. Then for some reason 7-11 decided to franchise most of it US locations. The new owners recruit people who hound you to purchase more while you are in the store. I know as a previous employee of another 7-11 location that you are required to do it once but these people will ask 3 or 4 times to get you to buy something. They are just way too pushy and even the items carried in the store have changed. No more nice inviting atmosphere. BRING BACK RAMONA AND THE STORE WILL BE BETTER!!!

Then it all hit as soon as the door closed behind me, the sound of the Slurpee machines whirling in the background and the smell of the hot dogs and nachos. Summertime and specifically the memory of summertime as a kid. The Food: There was a good selection of food that was ready to eat, prepacked treats, and plenty of drinks. The taquito I ordered was tested for correct temperature before it was passed to me. The Service: It was friendly and quick. There were two working the cash registers as the line was building up from a rush of customers. Bonus Catogory: The nostalgia was great. This is the place where you can find something fun for just about anyone in your life, regardless of how hard or easy they are to shop for. And you - lots of cool things for yourself as well, if you're treating yourself. But unfortunately we were greeted by a different person today who was extremely rude and absolutely a non people person we do not know her name but has some kind of accent And dark complected. She should definitely not work customer service or retail. Absolutely not the experience we wanted to walk in to. I get the limit is 2 per person but we have a big family of 6!
