These people here were very friendly from the lady at the desk, the assistant and the doctor himself. He was very informative throughout the whole procedure. They made sure to make me as comfortable as possible and I tell you, I had absolutely no pain during the procedure, even the shot to numb the tooth didn't hurt. It took less than an hour and I was walking out of the office with still no pain. They prescribed me antibiotics and pain medication but honestly it is now 8 hours later and still no pain. I am absolutely impressed with this place and would recommend anyone needing a root canal to go here.

I was told that the consultation fee would be included in the procedure unless we didn't use them. They "forgot" to bill for it and are holding the money that we overpaid until they get around to billing. I was told "well it's only been a month" except when the services were performed they sure didn't wait a month for us to pay them! They also said they would bill the secondary insurance but they never did. If you are fortunate to have insurance, please beware it does not go smoothly. They also upsell some "antibiotic rinse" that is above and beyond the normal antibiotic rinse and then say that the insurance company won't cover it. Can we all say "up sell"? I am so sick of being taken advantage of and upselling in every industry! Just give us what we need and stop trying to pad your profits on a contact basis!!!!! Absolutely thumbs down! After his careful analysis, he determined I did not need that root canal. He could have made a lot of money that day, and did the right thing. Sure enough, my teeth are just sensitive, and some days drinking cold things causes spiking pain. He was kind and spent time explaining his diagnosis. His office staff is also really helpful.
