I read their back story and I was sold. I love to support a great mom and pop type business over a large commercialized one. They were very responsive to my messages and answered all my questions. I already had similar business cards, but I wanted new ones with better quality. I did not have the artwork from the previous job, but they were able to recreate my layout seamlessly. Once my proof was ready, Mike made changes very rapidly. Once they were done, I was noticed and they even made a home delivery! He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
