The value is rather high for some of the clothing items, but they're always running sales, and when I visited they were running a 40% off sale. The sales associate that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I ended up picking up my favorite lip gloss here, Smith's rosebud salve and a beautiful lace choker because apparently 90's fashion is back. What I like is that they have all three flavors of the lip balm in store (original, mint and strawberry), which they don't have online.

However, I got home tried everything on and everything fit great, I threw the receipt and tags away. I wore the black pair of slacks twice and washed them and every seam looks as though it is coming apart, I could understand this if they were way too small for me but this is not the case. I called the store last night and I talked to the manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do, basically she will not stand behind the product. I don't have the receipt because everything fit, but I told her that I could show her the charge on my bank statement and maybe she could look up the receipt, I was told no. I will never go back. I would give it zero stars if I could.

It's my personal favorite among the West Town department stores (beating out Belk). Why? The deals. For whatever reason, Dillards is very aggressive on its sales at different points in the year. If they mark it down, it may be 65% off their sale price. Thus, you may find a $100 item for like $15 sometimes. Sales aside, they carry some good brands too. From outdoor brands like North Face to fancier stuff like Hugo Boss, it's here. For men, suits are decent too if you need business or formal. Very good casual clothes too with different styles from laid back to preppy. Women's section is enormous and has styles that will appeal to all ages. I get lost trying to find my wife if she is wandering thought the massive offerings on the second floor. Kids section is decent and has some a number of options.
