I purchased a pair of pants for me son there this weekend and it's the same brand and size I've always purchased with no issues. Well the ones I got this weekend must have been defective because when I washed then they fell apart. I went ahead and dried them knowing I wanted to either return or exchange them. The store manager whom I spoke with told me they wouldn't accept them because I already washed the pants and that my washer could have caused the damage. I have a very high end front loader and can say with certainty that it wasn't my washer. I laughed because I thought he was joking. He was not and argued with me for a few moments before finally accepting them for a return. At this point I was frustrated and did not want to exchange them. I can't believe he even took the time to want to dispute the issue. It was clear the pants were defective and had come apart at the seams. I gave two instead of just one star because this was my first issues over ever had and he did wind up giving my money back. Then before I left he admitted he would have been upset too. If that was the case then why even waste my time? I would recommend going to the local department store where they have hassle free returns.

When we said we were there to return something. We were immediately informed the store closed in 15 minutes. Turns out it was the manager...because she had to come back for my return. And she did not seem happy. Yes we knew they were closing. We knew it was going to be a quick visit and we didn't want to keep them.....But what if we wanted to try on something? Was not made to feel comfortable and happy for our business.

The customer service here is horrible. I went in once to pick up an order for a pair of shoes for…read moremy dad, and was met with an extremely rude manager. The order wasn't ready, so I waited two weeks and went back in to be met with a different person, but the same terrible level of customer service. I didn't know where the shoes were, but they were sitting in a bin about 5 feet from the lady helping me and I was rudely told to go get them myself after I told her I didn't know how to get them since it was a mobile order for someone else. 0/10 would not recommend. Additionally, I noticed that the staff were plenty kind to the women shopping there, but never to me. I always make sure to greet retail workers with a smile and a "hi, how are you?".
