I actually couldn't believe how much I loved it! So of course I came back here when I wanted to dye my hair for the first time! I, of course, asked for Krystyn again and she fit me in ASAP! I showed her an album of the screenshots I accumulated of hairstyles and highlights I liked. She asked questions, made me feel comfortable, and made sure that she understood what I wanted. She was sympathetic with how nervous I was and really understood how I wanted it to look natural. It came out super well and she did exactly what I asked for: it was natural just like I asked, sun-kissed. But then after a couple days I decided I could handle a litttle more change so I asked her if she could make it a little lighter. Of course she was super cool about it and made an appointment that worked with my schedule. It is pricey but worth it considering they use all took notch products and offer great customer service. He patiently explained his thoughts about my face and hair. This gentleman is not a hairstylist but an artist. He reminds me of the apocryphal Picasso story, where he draws on a napkin highlighting the value of expertise. An admirer approaches Picasso, asking for a quick sketch. He obliges, names a high price, and when she complains it took only seconds, he replies, "No, it took me a lifetime". When you go to Maurice, he drawing upon a lifetime of experience.
