I have purchased 3 homes in the past and have never had such an awful interaction with a lender or broker. After she failed to get approval for a loan in February I was forced to get a hard money loan. She has failed, once again, and has put me through undo stress and has abused me both verbally and in emails writing things like "I've never had someone take so long to do the things I've asked for." Well, after repeatedly trying to please this awful human being to get her the things she needed, I went with another lender and had everything they needed for approval to them in one day! The other lender was also familiar with this woman, and laughed when I told them the story, stating "she tried to get me to hire her, but there have been too many bad reports about her, so I refuse!" If this actually makes it onto the reviews, as I see she only posts 5 star reviews, I warn you---DO NOT USE THIS LENDER. CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!
