I have had cars from there and had my cars serviced there since 2005. They have always provided me…read morewith the best service, and gone the extra mile to make me happy, including working with BMW to honour work at times when my car was technically out of warranty. The dealership is always a welcoming place to visit, bright and airy, a coffee area and good reception staff. The only reason they have lost a star is the past 6 months, they have had some changes of staff and the service area has not kept the standards it has in the past. I hope they sort it out.
