They showed up the very same day removed the broken branch and cleaned up the mess. They showed me how the tree was rotting out from the inside and we scheduled to have the whole tree removed later. They were very informative; they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. When they had the tree down them ground out the stump and filled it back in with dirt. I contacted Matt on a Friday morning by email and he was at my home that same afternoon to give me an estimate. The job was completed within a week and he left no trace of anyone having been there, other than the trimmed trees. Matt came over to look at my basement floor cracking, I thought it was a root from the tree, and he confirmed it wasn't. i also pointed out dead and decaying branch, and I was afraid the whole tree had to come down.
