A new furnace was ordered by At Your Service from a Sioux Falls warehouse in late afternoon and arrived Aberdeen early the next morning. They began the replacement around 8 AM and completed the project about 2pm the same day. The clean up was awesome so one would never know they were in the house. The new furnace is great, provides a more even heat in the house, is quiet so all is wonderful. Oh, and the cost was most reasonable too.

We decided to winterize the hot tub since it had not been fixed and gave Black Knight a second chance. We opened it in the spring to find it was frozen. It took over half a year for Black Knight to repair the damage they caused, then sent a bill to us. We refused to pay and Black Knight filed small claims against us. We showed up to court but Bob dismissed the claim that morning and never showed up. We now receive "blacklisted" letters from Bob. No worries Bob, we will never be there again. I record any conversations with Bob because he is a liar. Protect yourselves and get it in writing or record it.

After a second trip and more discussion I decided on a new table. Bob worked out a great deal including delivery and set up. The guys that set up the table were great and very professional. At first I just wanted an inexpensive table Sears or that level... I ended up spending a little more but I could not be happier with the looks and value of a true billiard table.
