A new furnace was ordered by At Your Service from a Sioux Falls warehouse in late afternoon and arrived Aberdeen early the next morning. They began the replacement around 8 AM and completed the project about 2pm the same day. The clean up was awesome so one would never know they were in the house. The new furnace is great, provides a more even heat in the house, is quiet so all is wonderful. Oh, and the cost was most reasonable too.

Perhaps it is nostalgia, but it is nice to do business at a place you know you can trust. I often like the look of an older vehicle but have a strong desire to have more modern technology installed. Refused to actually get up on the roof. Have had 4 different contractors over since who say it's in immediate need of repair. Plywood rotted through, shingles ripping right off, edge guards missing, etc. also missed an active leak from my neighbors house into our which was visible from the street with multiple levels of warped siding in the same vertical location. A $30k whiff on stuff that is external and pretty easy to spot and feel is completely unacceptable, particularly for an inspection costing nearly $1k. If you are going to work with him you need to 100% get a separate and qualified roof inspector up on your house too before you buy anything, which will cost another several hundred dollars.
