Somehow, this bad faith gaslighting between siblings only made me want to visit them more. Wonder of wonders, it's a furniture store. Frankly, I can't tell you if a "Paco Geppetto" or "Geezus of Nazareth" brand couch is better or worse than the inventory carried in their mainline store but to my eyes and especially, my derriere, they felt pretty good. Perhaps the Sultan of Brunei may have some quality issues but seeing as the two of us will never be confused, I can live with a reasonable compromise or two. And frankly, the pieces weren't self-destructing before my eyes like they do at a discount schlock-meister like Bob's. We're still looking but the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet is still in the running, much to the chagrin of the Sultan. Five easy stars.

The first & only in-person encounter was with the delivery guys. They were outstanding--friendly, polite, & professional. They carefully brought in the pieces, placed them where I requested, & assembled them. Everything ran smoothly & my furniture is perfect! I couldn't be happier with RF & my new living room. Most reviews I read here were frightening. Had I trusted only those, I would probably have looked elsewhere. However, I've had two prior positive experiences with RF over the past 12 years. Also, my sister just purchased her sofa & loveseat at the Langhorne store last year. She, too, had a good experience & loves her new set. Taking all that into consideration, I decided to make this purchase with RF & I'm glad I did. I had a hassle-free experience & received good quality furniture for a reasonable price. Wrote this review because it's important that my outstanding experience be included with all the unfortunate ones. Maybe dissatisfied customers are more likely to write reviews than happy folks like me? Just one more thing--if you know exactly what you want & don't require assistance, I highly recommend the online experience. It worked great for me.

Plus I got the fabric and the service on a sale which was super helpful. The people there were wonderful and the guidance they gave me was excellent. They even helped me find a less expensive yet totally suitable fabric to line the drapes. The end product - beautiful new curtains for my dining room - are FABULOUS. Simple and elegant! I have had window coverings done by designers many times over the years....and Calico is just as good if not a bit better than anyone I have ever used. And the breadth of fabric choices is just great. From now on I plan to use Calico. I am going to have them do some throw pillows for the living room and a new bed-skirt for our bed. I am really excited to have found such an excellent resource here in my new hometown!

I expected hassles and chicanery and got nothing but great service and merchandise. We had been searching for a dining table for quite some time. After a misfire with Wayfair and no luck at area stores, we decided to stop by this branch of Bob's in Levittown. I knew the sentiment for Bob's wasn't great. Some of the reviews are merciless. But I really liked one of the tables on the showroom floor and the saleswoman, Jessica, was very helpful in outlining all of the options and logistics. She also exuded an air of honesty and integrity and that really sealed the deal for me; I purchased the table on the spot. We got 2 heads ups from Bob's prior to delivery and the team arrived right on time as promised. The table was assembled quickly and the guys cleared out all of the packaging too. The table was as nice as I had remembered in the store, so I was very happy. Overall I was blown away by how seamless the experience was. This is a business that has what, 2 or 2.5 stars on Yelp? And they totally knocked it out of the park. Great job Bob's! I will totally be back again when we need another piece of furniture.

They often have appliances in addition to lots of furniture, clothes, toys, and household goods. They have a lot of brand new things! I got two fantastic lamps new in the box for $10! They have great deals on paint for your house or crafting. I got a nice size jar of craft paint for under $20! I was surprised by the fantastic color choices too! They had new winter coats for $10 but only in a size medium. You just never know what you will find there! They always have new items at the end caps by the register or you can ask where more are. I also joined their fb page. They post brand new inventory photos when they get large shipments! Fantastic for buying for yourself or reselling! We are lucky to have this location. There are others as well. You just never know what you'll find.

It looks like a lot of people have been donating furniture. They have a lot of space displaying that. I digress. I like tchotchkes/ Knicknacks. Spent almost $3,000 on a custom reclining chair. Waited two months for it. Loved the model in the…read morestore. The one I got works and feels like I got it from wal mart. Less than a month and it squeaks terribly when rocking. Missing so much cushion. Isn't even the same length as the one in the store. My husband feet hang off this one but not the sore one (he went back to the store to confirm this). When all the way reclined you can feel the wood in your back A LOT. Called a repair guy from lazy boy to come out and he said he couldn't believe it makes all the sounds it makes. Also said it is definitely missing cushion inside. He put in an order to get it all repaired and a new base put on. That was two months ago and still nothing with no one to give us an update. If I could give this over priced place zero stats I would. We went here because we were previously unhappy with Ashley furniture and some of Raymore furniture. Turns out this time Raymore couch is absolutely perfect and this overpriced overhyped La-Z-Boy chair is crap. Don't let the hype and store sales people fool you.
