I recently bought a mattress here from them in Hanover, PA, and can't say enough great things about this place. First of all, the mattress, which was a King Wilcrest ET-Q-Matt (Model#002374-Queen Size) is so comfortable! It's a memory foam mattress with a built in topper for added comfort. I slept on a Spring Air memory foam mattress with a built in topper for 12 years and it was worn out. I put off buying one because they don't make that model anymore and I thought I'd never find one that comfortable again. Well I was wrong! Secondly, the service was above and beyond! When they delivered it, the mattress didn't fit right because I inherited a much older full/queen adjustable bed from my parents and the length of queen mattresses is different now. Through all of my frustration over this issue and more than one free delivery they were able to help us find the solution to our problem by providing a different frame at no charge, while keeping the footboard of the bed that we didn't want to part with. Glenn and Keith were amazing and no loss of communication between the two as we worked with both of them. For all these reasons, the value of the bed was well worth what we paid for it. Update: Still great 2 years later! We stopped in to get a better, more solid frame for the Cal King bed. After 2 years the "free" frame wobbles. Searching on line I learned that with the modern, thicker, heavier beds it is best to invest in a sturdy solid metal frame - especially the bigger King and Cal King. MW sells the Embrace frames made of solid steel with 9 legs for the Cal King - so it supports the bed at more points, doesn't sag or wobble. Price is $349 plus delivery - a lot for a frame, but much better support, better for the floors and probably better for the bed. I explained our price concerns to Dan at the store. He looked up our previous purchases and offered a 10% discount for military, checked that the frame was in stock and could be delivered next day. He also showed us the frame in the store, took it apart and let us see why it really is solid. We bought it, delivered next day, and happy sleepers - that quick. I placed an order and was told I would receive delivery the following Thursday. I got a call Wednesday after 5pm and was told it would not be delivered until Saturday. I called Friday at 4pm for my delivery time since I hadn't heard from them to be told "How about Monday as Saturday was already full". I canceled the order and was told I would receive my refund in 72 hours. That was three weeks ago and I STILL haven't gotten it. Terrible service. Don't believe a word they say read more

Dan and Will were great at Mattress Warehouse and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I had ordered a bed from Sleep Number and were getting screwed around for over a month so we cancelled our order and went to Mattress Warehouse and we couldn't be happier. Dan helped us will all of our questions and gave us great deals and had our bed delivered the following morning. I also dealt with Will on a separate occasion for help choosing a pillow and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a mattress, box springs, and frame a couple years ago. We were told it was next day delivery. Had it set up. NO SHOW! Never called to tell us. THEN, they inform us that it's not on the truck. Come to find out it's not even in their warehouse. We didn't get it for another two weeks. Should have been our first sign to run. So then the mattress began to sag majorly. So we filed a warranty claim end of last year. No return calls, etc. Finally, they sent an inspector out who said it looked horrible. Received our claim and they said they would only replace the box springs because they were inadequate for what we bought. Keep in mind that is what they sold us. So we went back in. They told us to file another claim so we did. Now, they are playing games and told us they never received our faxes, etc. We took the sales receipt in to them. So we sent a claim into the BBB and they were handling it. We just got the response and now they are trying to say that they I submitted my claim but never sent in the requested paperwork AND they are now trying to say that there are stains on the mattress which voids the transaction. I just took pictures to prove there are no stains to send into the BBB. Our next step is to get a lawyer! So, I repeat, DO NOT buy from Mattress Warehouse!!! Spread the word! read more
