Our "original" tile supplier "forgot" to order our vanity counter (i know, right?!?)...it was over the holidays, and we didn't want to go yet another holiday without the use of our only downstairs bath...contractor and I stopped in Jim's to see if there was ANY way they could get a vanity top cut for us in under three weeks. Short story: they did it in under TWO, over a holiday! We have since moved to a new place and need to put an addition in our kitchen, guess who we'll be calling? Certainly not the other guys! She was quick (faster than expected) to respond with pricing either by phone or email. They put my order in and the blinds came in within the delivery time.
