Paul professionally went over all of the important stuff with us, like how soft could the mattress be and still provide the back support we needed, along with the lifetime and cost of the mattresses that we needed. He was quite friendly and enthusiastic the whole time. He seemed to put us all at ease. After a lengthy discussion, he told us not to worry about the custom mattress. He simply asked us to let him visit the next day, and told us to just give him a chance to work his magic. The next afternoon he showed up at our house (30 miles away) and brought mattresses with him to try. We had braced ourselves for having to wait six weeks on an expensive custom mattress. Paul just seemed to make everything work somehow, and we were charged a lot less than we had anticipated. We would certainly recommend him to a friend, or his partner Allison, who was quite friendly herself.
