They said our furniture would be delivered and installed for us on the 22nd of May. Make sure we had everything moved so they had room to work. Well rumor had it that that someone else had ordered for delivery and the stuff never came. Ended up not having a scheduled date. So when I called customer service they said I had no delivery date. Going deeper into it the bed wasn't even in stock in the warehouse. So long story short I am getting refunded and going back to Ashley Furniture.

Both times the delivery guys refused to even try to get my box springs up the steps. The kicker is that when I purchased a set 10 years ago (same size no less) , the set went right in with no issue. If these guys exerted as much energy into actually getting the mattress in as they do taking pictures of my stair well then we all would be better off. I will never use mattress firm again until they do something about their delivery option.

First it is a $200 delivery charge which is incredibly more expensive than other furniture stores. We paid $50 for delivery at Bowen Town & Country when we last ordered a bedroom set. The delivery team did not fully unwrap the handles which was infuriating as I paid a hefty fee to be pulling the bubble wrap off myself. As I walked outside I could see why they were in such a hurry as my mailbox was leaning and the wood was cracked. I reviewed what happened and the drivers had hit the mailbox on the way inside, tried to fix it but couldn't, came on in to drop off my furniture, then high tail it out without ever saying anything! I called customer service which was the greatest help...they offered me a $200 Havertys gift card. Last I checked I couldn't buy a damn mailbox at Havertys and I'm also not sure that would even cover the cost. At a minimum I felt like I should have been refunded the cost of delivery and be reimbursed for a new mailbox. I know that I am upset at the moment but I have a hard time believing that I will be able to step foot inside a Havertys again, I just do not have confidence that they will take good care of me.

Furniture quality is above Ethan Allan but cheaper - quality is way above Ashley Furniture stuff ( which is fine but doesn't hold up over time). This business is honest in every way, transparent and easy to buy from. Dhona my sales person has been there for 30 years and was just wonderful. This place is full of knowledgeable people running a business together. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone here to buy furniture. We are currently waiting on the kitchen and dining room sets as we just purchased this weekend, but they're already scheduled for delivery next Friday (talk about quick service! Apparently there's an Ashley Factory in NC which makes for quick delivery). We purchased and received the bed set a few months ago and delivery was so quick and easy. They called to give us a heads up they were almost there, came in, quickly put everything together and were out within 20 minutes. A few days later we did notice one of the end tables had some areas that looked like they had been chipped and they tried to cover it up (but it looked terrible) so we stopped in at the store, explained the situation and they quickly got us scheduled for a swap out. Again they called when they were almost there and quickly swapped the end tables out. We have been so happy with the service in store, delivery, and quality of the furniture!
