So they were my first stop when I started shopping for new pieces for my daughters. Today I was greeted warmly by Jenny and she offered ideas and options but still allowed me to roam freely and see what I can see. I didn't find exactly what I wanted, however, she advised that if I find something elsewhere, give her a chance to source it and offer me a great price. It was a very pleasant experience. I was told no. I then said I would contact the BBB then they said they'd send a new one. First, it wasn't new, then it was delivered uncovered in the pouring down rain and sat down to get dirty. then they offered to send someone come clean this couch that isn't even new. I said I wanted a new couch. The manager wasn't exactly rude but was not friendly either. I am supposed to now be getting a 3rd new couch. I have no faith it will be new or a good delivery experience which was also poor the second time around. This is the first time we have ever purchased brand new furniture and it's been the worst experience thus far.

Karen Durning was truly a joy to work with. She was incredibly helpful and was able to get us exactly what we wanted, within our (tight) timeframe, AND within our budget. Our installer (who has been in the business for 35 years and initially tried to talk us into buying from another company) said that our gorgeous white oak from the Woods Company is some of the finest quality he has ever worked with. When our friends come over, the first thing that they mention is how gorgeous our floors are. Also requested a delivery date and it was delivered on the date requested. Once the furniture was delivered, as I latched the butterfly leaf into place, it cracked at one of the seems where the wood was glued together. I called and sent a picture. They agreed it was no good and said they would come pick it up and refund my money when they came to pick it up. The same gentlemen who delivered it came back to pick it up. These folks were also part of the management/ownership of the business. They got here, was rude to me, argued with me, insulted myself and my home, and cursed at me while leaving my house. I suggest if your thinking of doing business here to go elsewhere.

I filed a claim/complaint for the wall damages and no one will even call me back. I checked in with the store a couple times and they said it's out of their hands and there is nothing they can do. If you buy anything here do not let them set it up. The fee is a ripoff and it will probably cost you more money to repair the damage they do plus they expect you to apparently be ready for them even if they show up well outside the delivery window with no notice.

But a bit of a flea market thrown in where you almost never know what's going to be in stock from day to day. Books, lawn furniture, living room sets, towels, winter boots and kitchenware. Most of it displayed on fixtures that don't match from aisle to aisle, or simply stacked on plywood that's supported by cinder blocks. The store isn't the place you go if you've got Asberger's. Many aisles are tight and at odd angles. But hey, it's very very cheap!
