The mattress was very hard and didn't feel like the one we laid on in the store. We called and he said to come in and we could make the exchange. We found one that was much more to our comfort level without looking at the prices. When I went to do the exchange he said it was to be an even exchange. So my husband went to the beds and looked at the prices. It ended up being almost $700.00 difference. Plus $65.00 extra dollars for delivery. He failed to tell us this when I purchased the mattress and he failed to tell us there would be an addition delivery charge. Just not right when there is so much money involved. So do yourself a favor and make sure you are 100 percent sure you will not be returning a mattress if you buy from that store. Even though they give you 30 days to try it out

We knew what kind of mattress we needed. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. My spouse is the one with the back problems so it was mostly up to him what felt right for him. Jeff pointed us to the right one the first time but we tested out like four others. The very first one was the right one. For the cost of the mattresses, I'd return again and again as long as we live in the county. The Titusville store is newer and smaller than his other location. We didn't do financing, but if you qualify, you put $40 down and take your mattress home that day. Just be sure to dispose your old mattress yourself before delivery. Our mattress was delivered the same day (night), which is unheard of. Most places you wait days even if they aren't that busy with deliveries. This meant alot to me after having a rough evening dealing with some other issues. Getting my new mattress helped me sleep a little that night. Thank you both so much! Give them a try. Before you waste any time reading my review, I strongly suggest you try and call Mattress Firm and…read moresee if you can speak to a customer service rep. My money is that you will not get through. Keep that in mind as you search for a company to buy their product. My experience with Mattress Firm started in May of 2020. After I purchased the mattress and it was delivered my problems started almost immediately. I thought I would do the right thing and give it some time to "break in". It wasn't as firm as I was led to believe and after a couple weeks, I rotated the mattress 180 degrees to see if it was any better and for a few days it actually was. After 100 days I finally called the sweet lady who sold me the mattress and I described the condition of the mattress which had developed "mounds" in a few places. She then informed me that the mattress was defective and remember "it was built by machines" I was then told to come in and select an exchange mattress and the nice lady would pick me out her two favorite choices. I did and her two choices were nice. I actually selected the one that was the same price as my original one. We then discussed a few solutions to the firm issue and settled on one of their products that you place under the mattress and on top of the box springs. I purchased them (two twins) for a price of $130.00. I was told that the mattress would be delivered the next day between 4:15 and 6:15 No other questions were ask of me nor was the condition of the mattress brought up. It's now the next day and I get a call earlier than expected. Two men came to my door with mask, gloves and booties on and when they came in, I ask them to not prop the glass door open as I have pets that could escape. He ignored my request and said he would shut the main door. Once they came into my bedroom, they immediately said there were stains and they would not pick up the mattress. Then they called "CORP" and started speaking Spanish up until they left the house. The best part of this story is the fact that, unknown to them, I'm bilingual!! SURPRISE. They said they would send a picture to see if Corp. would give them approval to pick it up. As they did that, I called the nice lady who sold me the mattress and found out that a very different person had apparently eaten the nice lady. I even ask her if she had seen the "stain" and she said no and that" nobody would pick up a stained mattress. Want to know the best part of this, the stain was only a little spot I wiped away with a tissue. I have pictures of the mattress and no "stains can be found". It gets better as you all remember the $130.00 boards I bought? You guessed it; they drove away without giving me my purchase. The one guy who couldn't keep his nose in his mask did come to my door with NO protection to tell me they wouldn't be taking my bed. I was told that it would take 5 days to get my money back on the $130.00 purchase and I'm still waiting to see how that plays out. Defective mattress and a spot that can't be touched by 2 grown men wearing gloves, masks and booties. Doesn't get much softer than that. AGAIN-DEFECTIVE MATTRESS. Case closed. Please buy from anybody else. Not only did they not replace a DEFECTIVE mattress but they failed to give me what I paid for. If you like delivery people dictating the safety of your pets or children and speaking in a foreign tongue in your home discussing who knows what ( I know what but they don't know it) then this is your company. If you didn't try to call their main office, you aren't missing anything-NOBODY ANSWERS.
