We were ok with the timeline as we were not wanting a floor model. February 10th we called and asked if our couch was still to be delivered by Feb 14th and after waiting 2 days for a call back we were told the couch didn't get on the ship and we would have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Our frustration got the best of us and we asked for a refund of the extra protection plan we had purchased. They obliged but were not happy about giving us any money back even with the delay. We were then told Mar 29th for delivery. Fast forward to today, Mar 4th, I called to confirm the couch made it into the ship and AGAIN without a word of communication from Perfect Home we were bumped again to end of April with 0 explanation. They suggested perhaps the tariffs delayed the shipment, even though the tariffs were only implemented that morning. We have since got a full refund for the couch and would love to pass the message around that this business operates in a way no business ever should. No communication during any of these delivery bumps and no offer of a refund or doing anything for us on their end. I had to voice my frustration and anger towards them for them to even offer any sort of compensation. And even then no compensation was given just money back that we had already paid out of pocket for the couch. I've never experienced such terrible customer service from a business before. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Unless you want to be disappointed and left in the dark in regard to your furniture purchase. The only solution given to us was to come in and buy a floor model, other than that they couldn't care less for helping you. They will happily tell you it will be here in X days but will not guarantee their word.

We called about the warranty... OMG, what a joke. When someone came to inspect it (note: the mattress must be completely stain-free), they examined it inch by inch in front of my big window. They didn't want to take it back; it was obvious. They eventually agreed to replace it... But now, we're experiencing the EXACT SAME PROBLEM with the new one! The sales person was excellent and treated everyone with a lot of patience... And you need patience with four kids shopping. He took his time and explained the pros and cons and provided all the necessary information. When I finished work, I tried the beds myself and had the same great experience. Ended up purchasing the bed and some great pillows. The paperwork was fast and couldn't be happier. On a side note, the delivery was a bit Unsatisfying. The delivery guys, weren't paying attention when setting down the mattress and it fell hard into our French Doors. At first glance, nothing seemed broken and the glass didn't shatter. However, after the delivery guys left, we took a second look, and basically, the mattress fell so hard on the doors... The door stops went right through the door. Anyways, Sleep Country provided great service but the delivery side of things was questionable.
