I came across their website and decided to visit their Hermitage location. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. Not only that, but when he heard I was in pain from sleeping on an air mattress, he called his delivery people to see if they could deliver the same day (unfortunately they were booked with deliveries all day which speaks to how well the store does). We were informed from mattress firm that we had to file a warranty with Tempur, which we have done it. We haven't heard anything from them. We have done everything that mattress firm has told us, we are disappointed with this entire purchase.
