I got it scheduled! The delivery guys were jerks. They put black jelly grease on the head of my bed frame. It wasn't there until one came back in and did it. The sofa as supposed to have Wooden legs but had plastic. The frame and seating support was by no means what they said at sale time. The mattress had a tare in it from them dragging it to bring it in. I did not bother to take it back. The owner lived down the street from me-if you get my drift so I donated the furniture. Do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews here. I tell the truth.

The california king size I ordered has a visible hump down the center and both sides sink. Serta claims this is normal. Well if this is normal, it certainly is not comfortable. I was offered to file another claim in the future if the sinks get worse or a 20% discount on another new mattress. I just purchased this set, I am not ready to spend addiitional money this soon.

I spent a couple months online shopping trying to find the perfect bed to upgrade my bedroom from…read morequeen to king. I needed something that would match the rest of my current furniture, and since I have a historical home with smaller rooms it needed storage and to be a smaller king. I found the perfect bed and tried to buy it locally (I'm in Oklahoma) but the only store that had it listed would not answer or return calls or emails to verify if it was in stock. After a few weeks I went down in person and was told they were clearance them off and only had queen which they pressured me to buy. I then found it online at a store that ships nationally. I ordered and then a week later was contacted and told they were out of stock and couldn't fill my order. This happened two more times over the course of 8 months even as furniture stores promised me they could fill my order. When I found this bed again online at Home Furniture plus Bedding I was sure it would be the same situation because I had been strung along for so long but my experience was so drastically different I am still in shock. I called the store and spoke to Michael who said they had it there in stock and when and where would I like to pick it up. I paid for it that night and my husband coordinated with Liza (who is amazing) in the warehouse about getting the bed since we are out of state. After 8 months of trying to get this bed from others, I am sleeping in it a week after calling Home Furniture plus Bedding!
