The store is very clean and well laid out by brand. I met Beau and he guided me thru all of the products quickly but gave me tons of knowledge. He quickly assessed my sleeping style, and had me test a couple of firmness options and narrowed it down quickly for me. He offered adjustable base and warranties as well. He never felt pushy. He gave me honest feedback from his past experiences. In the end I bought a tempurpedic and I'm so excited for my delivery! I got everything I did not want in a box spring and mattress ! 1. I wanted a simple innerspring euro top mattress. 2. I wanted it high enough my feet would be flat on the floor when I sat on side of the bed to get up. 3. I wanted the sales person to understand what I was saying, not pushing me to buy what they wanted to sell as higher cost means higher commission. I have ended up with a Sleepy Luna that has so much padding on top its difficult to turn over,tips of my toes can touch the floor when I sit on side of bed and, total height stared out 33 inch high. I decreased height by purchasing a common 7 inch metal frame, discarding my 12 inch slated metal frame I had. I told the sales person my height, my wants and sales person insisted to sell me their desire, not mine. The only reason I won't return this is because I'm not putting any more money into it as I know there are restocking fees and delivery fees for a new bed. Plus, I refuse to do any more business with this company. This bed sits in the guest room to collect dust as I have purchased new else where. read more

Went into the store with the intention of leaving with a mattress. Was met by the sales agent "Danny". He launched into his sales pitch immediately. Then proceeded to show the most expensive items first. I viewed & tried many mattresses before being shown a floor model. I was attempting to evaluate it as two customers came in together, expressing interest in an higher priced item than I was viewing. I waited 10 minutes, while "Danny" catered to the customers with more expensive interests. He never returned. I left feeling not valued. I don't know if this branch has other sales agents, but cannot recommend this store. I went to a competitor, found a same brand mattress, for lower price & higher quality. Will never return to this store& will tell my friends not to shop there either. read more

Buyer beware! I was told by the (store manager) Charlie to try the free 120 sleep trial and if you're not satisfied they will refund your money, less a $250 pickup and restocking fee. We returned the mattress only to be surprised with the $250 fee but additional charges for tax. This even though the store gets their money back. I called and spoke with Charlie and got this response. You can look on the website and find the info for our legal department and CONTACT them about it. I brought it to his attention that nothing on the Mattress Firm website states they will charge you more that the return fee. Got a smart ass response from Charlie relating to that. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT! I am going to contact their legal department and also notify the State of Georgia that Mattress Firm will charge you tax and keep the tax money for themselves even after the sale was canceled. If you want to get ripped off buy from them! read more

Buyer beware, if you try the 120 day "free sleep trial" and decide to return it there will be a $400 restocking fee, which we were not told about. Also, if you buy a frame, it is non-refundable able, we were not told that either. This store lacks honesty and integrity. We purchased on Sunday 6/30, it was delivered on Tuesday. I was calling on Monday to let them know we were not happy and would like to return. We have gotten nothing but the run around since and the sales associate hung up on me. The "manager" will not call us either to pick this up. I have had to go up the chain to corporate in Houston TX to file a claim against the store. read more

They have quality brands and decent sales staff. I'm not a huge fan of the return policy for things like sheets and pillows.

Purchasing our mattress was a great experience at Mattress Firm. We visited several times to try mattresses and make sure we were making the right decision. Nick Cochran was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We took our time and ended up with the right mattress. Delivery and setup happened quickly and efficiently.
