Not only did we end up purchasing a new dining room table, but my mom ended up purchasing a coffee table and two end tables. In addition, I plan on going back to purchase some of the cool Lake Michigan art that they have in stock. They have furniture for every room in your house and a great clearance/sale room. We are still waiting on our table (it's custom made), but my mom received her purchase the other day and was incredibly happy with the quality and the professionalism of the delivery staff. Prices were reasonable given the high quality of items. I highly recommend a visit. Make sure to ask for Dayna. She was fantastic to work with!

After the initial delivery, we noticed that the chair made honking noises. I had them come out to take a look. The repair guy said he couldn't find anything doing it. Now a year later, I had them come back out to recheck the noise that never went away and to have them repack the cushions. The repair guy said the repack was a lie. They don't do that. He still couldn't fix the chair either. Just today I took a look at the chair myself. There were 6 loose bolts that I tightened up. This fixed the chair. Why didn't the repair guy have the sense to bring a 7/16" wrench with him so he could verify all the bolts were tight? He does this for a living. Wouldn't you think he's seen this problem before? Between being lied to about repackig cushions to poor service, I'd look at other sources for furniture next time around.

Warehouse isn't huge by any means and we were in to get a few twin beds for kids. It was easy to narrow down a choice among the selections they had. The salesman helping us (i wish i could remember his name right now) was laid back, very non-pushy, maybe to the extent you wonder if he wants you to stick around or just leave. He offered the step up mattress at the lower mattress price. Nice deal. We ordered and were told they'd be in that week. We planned to come back Sunday to get them on our way back from vacation. We were coming back from out of state and realized we weren't making it in time. I thought there was no way we should ask the salesman to stay, but my husband called and he told my husband no problem. In the end we were almost an hour past closing time and sure enough he was there waiting. He had no problem letting a couple of our kids come in to use the restroom. My husband tried to tip him but he declined, and asked we write a review if we were pleased. It's been a few months (about 5 now) and the kids still like their mattresses. No issues at all with them. I will definitely plan to return when we need another bed! So the warehouse might look a little run down and crammed, and the restroom even worse, but the customer service and product has been excellent! (And the prices were excellent too!) definitely recommend!
