My friend recommended that I should check out this store before we buy bar stools and me and my husband visited this store last week and I absolutely love the design and style of everything. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with Gaby who helped us. We told her what we're looking to get and she recommended the exact chair that we were looking for. She didn't give us the pressure that most furniture store sales people would give you and follow you everywhere you go, but she was right there when we have questions.

Delivery for 3 miles costs $200, they rip people off to the bone. I want to cry because $3000 for a sofa is not enough! I do not recommend to anyone! in this store, they think only to sell, not to make people happy..... I will never go to this store again. because there was a request not to return it, but to exchange it for a lighter color, on the day of delivery, since it was new to exchange it immediately. The main thing for the store is to sell, and not the main thing is that the customer is satisfied. When we bought it, we were told that it was new, and a week later that it was the last sofa. Liars!

The sales guy was nice and not to pushy unlike the many other stores I had been to that day. I love to sleep so I needed to make sure I really liked the bed I got. There was one that was comfortable but I like my beds more cushy. The guy says: no problem, I'll just have them put another layer of [whatever it is they stuff it with] in there for you to make it softer on top. The best part? They didn't charge for this! They also delivered it really quickly and exactly when they said they would. Six years later I still love my bed (and still spend way too much time in it) and the only thing I'd replace it with would be a really high end foam thing that are all the rage now. Still, I don't see that happening anytime within the next decade. Yay Verlo, thanks for a comfy bed!

He asked us what we were looking for and we told him "something nice but not to expensive". Without trying to up-sell us to the high end mattresses, he took us to see something that was right in our budget. We quickly had our options narrowed down to 3 great choices. He took time to tell us about features of mattresses that we previously never thought about. He was very knowledgable about all the different brands and types of mattresses. We chose our mattress and while writing up the order, he told us about how the store is family owned and a brief history of their store. While we were finishing up our order, I noticed how the other salesmen there were extremely nice and helpful to the other families that came in. I did not feel like they were rushing anyone into a purchase just to get them in and out of the store. They all did a great job talking to everyone there about what they were looking for and let the customers have the time to pick what they liked best. We highly recommend this Bed Mart location to anyone looking for a mattress.
