She patiently answered all of my questions about the sofa and delivery. The bottom line is that I ended up purchasing the reclining sofa. I also interacted with another sales associate as Erica was called away. Cliff was just as helpful as Erica. I suspect the good feelings I had working with both associates was is combination of company culture and good management. I also discovered that the Home Zone corporate office is in Euless, Texas so they are local not up North somewhere. Bravo Home Zone! Now I have a go-to place for all of my home furnishings needs and a place I feel comfortable recommending to others. Just received recliner couch delivery. Took another two weeks for a replacement to be available only to then have the rescheduled appointed canceled without any notification. I found out on my own the day before after being on hold for nearly an hour calling to figure out what was going on. One would think after you spend upwards of 15k on a bed you would get some type of consideration and care but not so. I drive here from Mansfield because it's so much nicer, bigger, cleaner, and friendly. I've almost always been able to find what I needed. When no one had Christmas PJs, I found them here. When no one had any nice Christmas trees left, they had a nice selection with several options. Granted, I haven't used curbside pickup here. As far as pricing goes, it's like any other Walmart. Nothing with this company has worked properly or smoothly. From our first communications to the latest. Surprisingly they randomly billed us for 3.6 months ahead (we now owe only around $50 for January). This is after they first sent us warnings about our credit being harmed if we don't pay, after we had worked out and given them our account information to bill automatically each month. It took 2 weeks to get that sorted out, while we continued to get notices that we were delinquent. The quality of the furniture is ok, but our coffee table had a major dent in it, as did the chairs (one of which is clearly loose and wobbly). They did do a good job with switching some things out after we realized we needed to change a few items on our order. Their delivery people were good, but every interaction with the office has left a distaste in my house which has lead me to forewarn everyone here not to use this service. Find someone else if you can. Of further concern - when I originally was seeking a furniture rental company, BFR had listings here on Yelp for Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. None of those listings are here any more and now it seems I am the first new person to leave a review. Not sure why or how they were able to get their listings removed, but very very suspicious.
