I was upset, and afraid bc my rent payment got eaten up by the unexpected $200 payment. as I tried to apologize for my part of the difficult conversation, Katie was EXTREMELY passive aggressive, and then she hung up on me! I was trying to take accountability for MY part in getting upset and letting it get worse with the shoddy customer service skills. Wow. (Which wouldn't have happened if people knew how to LISTEN to a customer when they are upset. Interrupting them and being rude only escalates a frustrated, scared person.) Zero compassion. This is huge, most other stores do in fact build restocking fees into the floor price of all their mattresses because so many mattresses are returned and can not be resold. Mattress Dealzz cuts that price out of the equation and will only charges you a restocking fee if you have a comfort exchange. BUT, here's the thing, if there are manufacture defects, they will exchange the mattress free of charge. Trust me, I did it! Selection: B The main two brands that are represented at Mattress Dealzz are the "Sealy" and the "Mattress Dealzz" brands, but their variety covers almost ever mattress type and feel you could desire. Mattress Dealzz manufactures the Mattress Dealzz line of mattresses unique to their establishment. The Mattress Dealzz line has a variety of regular, pillow top, gel foam, and memory foam mattresses that are built the with the same material, using the same suppliers as the competition. I ended up buying the 10" Gel Lux Memory Foam mattress and I love the support it gives my back and how comfortable it is. The sales floor also features a large selection of the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrids and Sealy Posturepedic Optimum mattresses that are amazing as well. There aren't any Simmons Beautyrest, but like I said, there are comparable mattresses and brands. Service: A I met the owner of Mattress Dealzz and learned more than I ever thought I would know about mattresses, seriously. The employees know their stuff too, but the owner is a hard working man (who is frequently at both the Murray and South Salt Lake location) that will make sure he educates you on mattresses and what mattress is best for you. After sleeping on the mattress for a couple of months, my wife and I felt that there was something off with our mattress. We called the store and notified them about our concern. Shortly after the owner himself called me to setup a time to inspect the bed. Within a couple of days he visited our house and confirmed that there was a slight manufacture defect. Calls were made and within an hour he called me letting me know that everything was set up for us to return our bed and exchange it free of charge. We exchanged it and are very grateful.

Out of the blue, hubby decided we needed to upgrade to a King sized bed at our mountain condo…read more Neither of us wanted to spend a fortune, so we checked out The Warehouse, a nondescript little furniture store. It's tucked away across from the Home Depot in a plain looking building. This isn't a fancy showroom, it's a literal warehouse. But you can find some great bargains inside. We dealt with one of the owners who was personally working that day. He's able to make deals, so don't automatically assume you must pay the full price on the sticker! We found the perfect cherry wood sleigh bed and mattress within minutes. He even knocked off several hundred dollars off the price of both items as well as delivery. (Yes, they deliver to Park City and areas beyond Salt Lake City). Again, this is not super high quality stuff, but it looks good enough and feels sturdy enough. Our bed, for instance, has an unfinished back (doesn't matter since it is against the bedroom wall, but it would be a lot nicer if it was also nice looking wood). I did find the mattresses to be extremely high quality and a very good value. This would be a solid 5 star experience if not for the delivery. Our delivery guy brought everything on time (early, actually), but I was a little annoyed that he didn't help set anything up. It wasn't specified, but usually when furniture is delivered it's also set up for you. He did remove and haul away our old mattress, which we had to pay extra for at the time of purchase. I know this is a bargain outlet, so I probably shouldn't have expected full set up and maybe I could've paid extra for the service. I should've asked. You can see how irritating it was when all the guy did was shove the mattress and boxes into our room (see photos). That meant we had a full day of assembling a bed and it was NOT fun. Otherwise, this is a great place if you're looking for decent looking furniture cheap.

It's a place that's always felt familiar and special to our family. Leslie Wood made an already great store even better. She is not only amazing at her job but truly one of the best people I've ever met. She goes above and beyond for every customer, making the entire process easy, thoughtful, and enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stand out in everything she does. Jose and the delivery team have also been great to work with. They are efficient, careful, and always make sure everything is set up perfectly. RC Willey is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful team. Let me start by saying we have shopped at RC Willey for years and the one star is not for the…read moresalespeople we have worked with. They have been great. We bought a new refrigerator a few months back. When it was delivered, the delivery person was in a hurry and when he brought the fridge into the house, instead of using the dolly the proper way-tilting it back on its wheels-he just pushed it across our wood floor and scratched and gouged it. He realized what he had done, apologized, took photos, and told us that RC Willey would cover the expense of fixing the floor. Fast forward to today, where they have given us a settlement offer based on their insurance company's computer program telling them how much it should cost to fix it. In the meantime, we got a bid from a real-live reputable floor installer and it is almost twice as much as what they are offering. (Side-note: RC Willey originally asked a general contractor they work with to send someone to give them a bid to fix our floor. He sent a subcontractor to look at the job and that is who we called for the bid, since he was already asked to bid the job.) So now, due to their delivery person's negligence, we are stuck with damaged floors and a settlement offer that, as far as what we can see, isn't going to cover the cost of replacing our floor. RC Willey is great at taking your money and claiming they care about their customers, but when it comes down to it, they only care about their money and not about fixing their mistakes. We will never shop at RC Willey again, but I'm sure they don't really care if we do.
