First, Brett was amazing and I can't say enough about his customer service skills for finding the…read moreright mattress. The delivery, not so good. They broke a vintage picture, asked me to hold the door and hit my head with the old mattress - glasses bruised my nose, etc .... 6-9 reimbursed for picture

My husband and I started shopping for a new mattress in August 2024. When I searched Mattress Firm…read morein my Maps app, we mistakenly went to the distribution center at 8212 W Reno, OKC. When we got there there and called them and asked if they were open, they explained they didn't sell to the public. When I asked, where was the closest location they said in Yukon. When we got there, Brett Smith was the sales representative that greeted us at the door. He provided a very knowledgeable experience as we shopped that day and put no pressure on us. A week later we come back to the same store and told him that we had decided to go with the iSeries 2.0 Hybrid 2000 firm mattress and the adjustable pedestal. He told us about the 120 day return policy, but recommended that we sleep on it for at least a month before making a decision. He took us to his computer where we worked out the details for payment and discounts and arranged for delivery. Kudos to the delivery team for a very friendly and informative delivery and set up! I have sciatica and after sleeping on it for 3 1/2 months my pain hadn't decreased but increased. Saturday, December 21 we went back to the Yukon store and this time we were greeted by Bob Miller. When I explained what we were there for and that I was looking for something more firm, he showed us options and I decided to go with the Serta Perfect Sleeper Excellence (extra firm). Brett took us to his computer and got all the details worked out for the return and delivery Christmas Eve. The delivery team of Adrian and Fernando were again very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly exchanged our mattress. I would also like to say that our visit on the 21st was very relaxed and again, no pressure. I enjoyed our time with Bob, Brett, and also Jason Simpson, who provided information about how the Tempur-pedic mattress was made. If you're looking to buy a new mattress, I would highly recommend that you start with these three at the Yukon location. Tell them Cheryl sent ya! Update... 19 nights in enjoying my Serta Perfect Sleeper Excellence (extra firm)! It's the perfect mattress for me!

I like superheroes. Love them even. So of course I'm going to be interested in a store named "Bed…read moreMan." I want to know more about his powers though. The store motto is "Here to Save the Night" but is Bed Man doing this through the use of his genius intellect and a trust fund left by his very rich (and very dead) parents? Or does he have some sort of genetic mutation where he can make mattresses come out of his hands? Or is it magic? I want to say magic. The origin story matters, dammit. You know what else is magic? The customer service at Bed Man. The owner, Michael really gets customer service. He gets it so well that it may actually be his superpower. From the first interaction to the final sale and delivery, the customer service has been... On. Point. He even threw in free delivery and honored a discounted price on something else that I bought after the fact. He wasn't obligated to, but he did it anyway because he's great like that. We have a new bed that is... really dangerous because I find it unbelievably difficult to get out of it once I'm on it. It's so comfortable that life seems to make sense only when I'm lying down, and getting up in the morning fills me with (well-rested) dread because I have to leave my haven of memory foam comfort. The prices are so much better than anything else that we've seen in the city. Just to give an idea, there was a similar mattress that we were considering at a larger mattress chain, and it was twice as expensive as what Bed Man was offering. The brands at Bed Man aren't the obvious variety (Sealy, Serta, Tempurpedic, etc.). The mattress that we ended up purchasing (after much research on my part) is not a well-known brand, but the reviews online were really good. Also, it's kind of cool to know that our mattress was made (with a "born-on" date and everything) only after the sale was finalized. Also included: two free memory foam pillows! It's the little things... Shortly after our purchase, we heard from friends and family who had also gotten their mattresses from Bed Man and how happy they were with their experiences. So from what I can tell, Bed Man has no weakness. He's like Superman-Prime with his immunity to Kryptonite. Okay I'm going to stop now before I geek out too much. P. S. Bed Man's delivery guys are also great. Very friendly and efficient.

We went in to buy a basic, full-sized box spring for our guest bedroom. (We already have the…read moremattress we want at home.) Ours was a short, sweet transaction that took all of, oh, ten minutes tops. The owner himself (a very friendly fellow) had the new box spring loaded up in our cargo van in a jif. Parking's a bitch here (i.e., the north May location), but the reasonable prices and friendly service more than make up for the awkward parking.
