I get it -- there's no lunch hour when you are a salesperson. But damn, guys! If you didn't try to upsell so much, we could've been out of there, an you would've had a commission ... and your Taco Bell! Since the purchase, we have experienced numerous problems and have had the couch exchanged five separate times. At this point, we are seeking appropriate compensation for the continued inconvenience. Each time we contact customer service, we are told there is no one higher up available to speak with. As someone who works in sales, I find that very difficult to believe--there is always a next level of escalation. Being offered a $200 credit on a $3,500 purchase, after everything we've dealt with, feels extremely inadequate and frankly quite insulting. In addition to the repeated issues with the product itself, we have had to miss work multiple times to accommodate delivery windows, all while working around your company's schedule. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing, and we have not been provided with any meaningful resolution or a way to connect with someone who has the authority to help. Please advise on how I can escalate this matter to corporate or to a manager with the authority to properly address and resolve this situation. I would appreciate a prompt response.
