I bought two pieces of Ashley funiture from them, spending around $1000. The furniture came with a guarantee on parts and workmanship. My husband contacted them more than three weeks ago because his recliner mechanism broke, and as of today, they have not sent anyone out to fix it. He is really going to enjoy sitting in a lopsided chair all weekend; forget about enjoying the races or any other television programs he wanted to enjoy. When we came into Arthur we parked in front of this shop. When entering the shop we were greeted by Karen (who by the way is awesome), she asked if there was anything she could help us with, we said we were just looking and she said "Well if you have questions or need anything just let me know, I am happy to help". We looked around at all of the gorgeous items they have when we came across the table section of the store. We had been looking on and off for a table that we could seat at least 10 or 12 as we have a large family. Karen showed us a couple of different tables and how they would extend. She provided all the information from type of wood, colors to choose from, style of table to the various types of chairs, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. With all of this information at hand, we were able to choose the design of our brand new table and chairs. Karen was up front about the time it would take to build our table and chairs as these are handmade items. She also provided us with updates during the construction of our table and chairs. Her estimate of when our table would be available was spot on. When we arrived with an enclosed trailer and plenty of furniture pads to pick up our items, they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us get everything wrapped and loaded for a safe ride home. Karen and her staff made this a most pleasurable experience for us and we LOVE our new table and chairs.
