He couldn't loosen the shower valve cartridge so told me the repair was going to be $1800 plus $700 for the water filter. He then proceeded to "caulk" right over the old moldy caulk with silicone. It neither stopped the leak nor looks professional; it looks awful. The next guy, Gage, was able to loosen the valve cartridge which meant a $500 repair plus $700 for the water filter. He was able to get it done but forgot to fix the caulk issue.

Mike came out last week and gave me a quote for work I needed done upgrading my service from 100 to…read more200 amp and adding a safety disconnect and outside plug for my generator so I can run things when power goes down in town. He quoted me a very fair price! Almost half what some of the other guys quoted me. Told me he'd schedule me for the first week of October and I couldn't be happier then I got a call he had an opening this week! He scheduled all the things for me disconnects and reconnects with the power company and came out with his son yesterday to do the job. Originally scheduled for 7 hours without power and he had everything buttoned up and completed with power restored in 4 hours. Job went super smooth! They cleaned up behind themselves as they went and other than some pretty and new electrical panels you'd never know he was here! But he did a terrible…read morejob--did only part of what we hired him to do and then again did not respond when I tried to contact him. We have had to hire someone else to finish the job and I am in the process of suing him in small claims court. Take your business elsewhere.
