During the procedure all of a sudden the doctor started X-rays I asked her why are you x-ray me and her reply was she broke her instrument in side of my tooth and that she was unable to get it out and that I should have read the disclaimer then she said that these things happen. I asked her want that cause a infection and her response was that it may cause a infection and maybe not. Tears stream from my eyes. I asked her why would she do that to me and I have to get my tooth out and she said it's up to me and that her husband do the extraction he comes in cracking jokes saying that tooth is swimming with the fish. One of the best parts is, with so many offices quitting participation with Delta Dental Michigan, this office still participates so that was a big win! Husband needs a couple crowns, the price is good and we'll be moving forward with them to do the work. Very nice, clean office, we're really happy!!
